Meeting Rooms

The Blanco Library meeting rooms are available for library programs and public events, offering a space to engage with ideas and connect with the community.

We have two rooms available for reservation when they are not being used for library programs: a large conference room (occupancy maximum of 84 standing, 42 seated) and small conference room (occupancy maximum of 12 seated). There are also study rooms available on a first-come, first-serve basis that are perfect for small groups of 2-4 people.

Large Conference Room

The large conference room is a spacious, light-filled place to gather and host larger events. The max occupancy is 84 people standing/42 people seated, with chairs, tables, a projector, and set-up assistance available upon request (additional fees apply). Built to meet the needs of library programs and community events, this adaptable space is available to reserve with deposit. To make a reservation, check the calendar, read meeting room guidelines, and then submit an application at the front desk of the Blanco Library.

Small Conference Room

The small conference room is ideal for meetings, crafts, games, and other group activities that require a large table to gather around. The room features an oversized table, 12 chairs, a large screen TV with HDMI ports and Roku accessibility, and a mini fridge.  To make a reservation, check the calendar, review the meeting room guidelines, and then submit an application at the front desk of the Blanco Library.
