Meeting Rooms

The Blanco Library meeting rooms are available for library programs and public events, offering a space to engage with ideas and connect with the community.

The primary purpose of the meeting rooms is for library-sponsored or co-sponsored programs.

The secondary purpose of the meeting rooms is to accommodate a wide variety of public programs that will bring people into the Blanco Library, encourage access to issues and ideas, and meet the social needs of the general community.

Reservations will be accepted to the end of the current calendar year.

Library Director shall determine if a request for meeting room use is acceptable.

 

It has been established that the maximum capacity for the small meeting room is twelve (12), and the maximum capacity for the large meeting room is eighty-four (84).
