Ruth Stitt Author Talk & Book Signing

Join us for an author talk and book signing with Ruth Stitt, presenting her upcoming novel When the World Was Broken: a powerful, fictionalized true family account from the Holocaust.

 

A writer who explores the intersection of theology, psychology, and everyday experience, Stitt brings depth and humanity to this important historical story.

Dinosaurs or Not? With BK Bones

Tuesday, June 2nd at 3 PM

You can probably name some fascinating prehistoric creatures. But is each one of them actually a dinosaur, or NOT? You might be surprised! What makes a dinosaur a dinosaur? You’ll definitely know after this presentation and be well on your way to being a paleo expert! Paleontologist BK Bones will bring a bit of the prehistoric to you by showing fossil replicas, sharing fascinating facts, and even getting you on your feet like a dinosaur. Be ready to meet BK Bones’s baby dinosaur puppet pal!

Silly Sparkles Puppet Magic Show

Wednesday, June 10th at 2 PM

Silly Sparkles’ Puppet Magic Show is a fun, high-energy 30 minute show for kids ages 3 to 10. With magic tricks, silly puppets, and lots of audience participation, kids don’t just watch, they get to be part of the show. They’ll even receive a lesson on how to do ventriloquism.

Weekly Storytime

Storytime is an early literacy program primarily for children from birth to preschool age (0-5 years) to encourage them to develop habits that foster a lifetime love of reading and learning. Children of all ages are welcome!
